Lisa Lopes is a dedicated, board-certified health and wellness coach with a foundational background in speech pathology, where she practiced for over 25 years. A personal health journey, sparked by a loved one's life-altering illness, shifted her career path toward integrative health, ultimately inspiring Lisa to pursue a new mission: one that seeks to help others achieve true well being. 

After graduating from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and obtaining her national certification she opened her health coaching practice, From the Inside Out, in Providence, RI. She is deeply passionate about educating individuals on the critical impact of nutrition and lifestyle choices and their effect on physical and mental health.
